As Seen on Charlotte Today
Ashley Maangioner had the joy of joining Charlotte Today with hosts Colleen Odegaard and Eugene Robinson to share how executive functioning skills impact every one of us-at work, at home, and in our relationships.
These are the mental skills that help us focus, manage time, regulate emotions, and follow through on what matters most. Whether you're a parent, professional, or student, strengthening these skills can transform how you think, feel, and function every day.

As Seen on QC Life
Ashley Mangione had the joy of joining Jana Angel on QC Life to talk about children with ADHD and how understanding their unique wiring can change everything. We discussed how awareness, compassion, and strong executive functioning skills help kids thrive-not just in school, but in life.
When we see a child's behavior through the lens of skills, not will, we move from frustration to empowerment. Together, parents, educators, and communities can help every child feel seen, capable, and full of potential.

UNDERSTANDING ADHD IN ADULTS
As Seen on QC Life
Ashley joined Jana Angel once again on QC Life -this time to talk about ADHD in adults. So many people go undiagnosed for years, quietly struggling with focus, follow-through, and self-doubt, not realizing that executive functioning challenges might be at the root.
We talked about what ADHD really looks like beyond childhood, how it impacts relationships, work and daily life, and-most importantly-how awareness and simple strategies can lead to real freedom and growth. It's never too late to understand your brain and create systems that support who you were designed to be.
Ashley Mangione was recently honored to be featured in Bold Journey, where she shared her passion for empowering individuals through reading comprehension and executive functioning skills.
